It’s not hard to fight your bad mood when you consume grains. Quinoa, barley, millet, etc are great at helping you feel happier. They can help you feel full for longer also, which is a mood improver. Feeling hungry can be a real downer! The reason these grains help your mood so much is that they are not hard for your stomach to digest. You digest them quicker than other foods which can help boost your blood sugar levels, which, in turn, helps make you feel more pleasant, mood wise.

Research has proved that this amino acid induces the production of brain waves. This will better your brain’s focus while at the same loosening up the rest of your body.
