To get started with this recipe, we must first prepare a few ingredients. You can cook goat stew using 10 ingredients and 4 steps. Here is how you can achieve it.

The ingredients needed to make Goat Stew:
  1. Make ready 1 kg goat meat
  2. Prepare 2 potatoes
  3. Get 2 tomatoes
  4. Make ready 1 carrot
  5. Take 1 medium green peper
  6. Take 30 ml oil
  7. Prepare 1 tbsp curry
  8. Get 1 TBSP salt
  9. Get 1 onion
  10. Prepare 5 medium garlic gloves

  1. Cook the meat in boiling water with salt and garlic. Add carrot and potatoes to help the ingredients incorporate the taste
  2. Fry onion, tomatoes, smashed carrots and the pre-cooked potatoes separetely
  3. Incorporate the fried ingredients into the boiling goat soup. Boil for 10~15 minutes

Serotonin is a feel-good substance that directs the brain how to feel at any given point in time. The more serotonin you have, the more pleasant you are going to feel. Nuts, along with improving your mood, can be a great protein source.

If you want to fight depression, try eating some cold water fish. Salmon, herring, tuna fish, mackerel, trout, etcetera, they’re all chock-full of omega-3 fatty acids and DHA. DHA and omega-3s are two things that raise the quality and the function of your brain’s grey matter. It’s true: consuming a tuna fish sandwich can greatly raise your mood.

It’s easy to fight your bad mood when you eat grains. Barley, millet, quinoa, etc are terrific at helping you be happier. They help you feel full too which can truly help to make your mood better. It’s not hard to feel depressed when you are starving! The reason these grains are so wonderful for your mood is that they are not difficult for your body to digest and process. These foods are easier to digest than others which helps jumpstart a rise in your sugar levels which in turn takes your mood to a happier place.

Green tea is really good for your mood. You were sure it had to be mentioned in this article, right? Green tea has a lot of an amino acid known as L-theanine. Studies show that this specific amino acid can basically stimulate brain waves. This will improve your brain’s concentration while also calming the rest of your body. You likely already knew it is not hard to become healthy when you drink green tea. Now you are aware that it can help raise your mood also!
