  1. Place cut up meat in crockpot. No need to brown it first.
  2. Mix flour, pepper, salt, beef granule, and garlic then add to the meat and mix to coat the meat evenly.
  3. Mix kitchen bouquet, worcestershire sauce, beef broth, and milk then add to the crockpot and mix again.
  4. Cut up onions and potatoes, but not the carrots and add all to the crockpot and mix.
  5. Set to low and cook for 7 hours.
