The ingredients needed to make Beef Jerky:
  1. Make ready 500 g round steak
  2. Get 2 tsp garlic powder
  3. Get 1 tsp onion powder
  4. Take 1/2 tsp cracked black pepper

Some grains are truly great for fighting off bad moods. Barley, millet, quinoa, etc are fantastic at helping you feel better. They help you feel full too which can actually help to improve your mood. It’s easy to feel depressed when you feel famished! The reason these grains can improve your mood is that they are not hard to digest. These foods are easier to digest than others which helps kick start a rise in your glucose levels which in turn kicks up your mood to a happier place.

Green tea is truly excellent for your mood. You were simply expecting to read that, weren’t you? Green tea is chock-full of an amino acid called L-theanine. Studies show that this specific amino acid can basically stimulate brain waves. This will improve your brain’s focus while simultaneously calming the rest of your body.
