The ingredients needed to make Jordanian Oozi:
  1. Prepare 1 chicken
  2. Get 500 g ground beef

  4. Grill the chicken or fry it, it’s up to your taste.
  5. When your rice is done, on a big plate you put your rice, the vegetable and beef mix on top and finally the chicken.

Cold water fish are good if you wish to be in a better mood. Cold water fish like tuna, trout and wild salmon are rich in DHA and omega-3 fatty acids. These are two substances that boost the quality and function of the gray matter in your brain. It’s true: eating a tuna fish sandwich can basically help you fight back depression.

Some grains are actually excellent for driving away bad moods. Quinoa, barley, millet, etc are fantastic at helping you feel happier. These grains can help you feel full for longer as well, helping you feel better. It’s easy to feel low when you are starving! The reason these grains are so good for your mood is that they are easy for your body to digest and process. You digest these grains more quickly than other things which can help boost your blood sugar levels, which, in turn, helps make you feel better, mood wise.

Your mood can actually be helped by green tea. You just knew green tea had to be included in this article, right? Green tea is rich in a particular amino acid referred to as L-theanine. Studies have found that this particular amino acid can basically stimulate brain waves. This helps sharpen your mental energy while simultaneously making the rest of your body more relaxed. You likely already knew it is not hard to get healthy when you consume green tea. Now you are well aware that green tea helps you to elevate your moods as well!

So you see, you don’t have to turn to junk food or foods that are bad for you just so to feel better! Go with these hints instead!
