The ingredients needed to make Kfc Arabian Rice:
  1. Make ready For rice.. Rice 1.5 cups big size
  2. Take Salt half tsp (If u think cubes are enough salty then don't add)
  3. Prepare Chicken cubes 2 Garam masala powder 1/2 tsp
  4. Make ready Black pepper n cloves whole 5-6 Oil 1/2 cup Yellow color 2 pinch
  5. Make ready For crispy chicken.. Chicken boneless cubes 1/2 kg
  6. Prepare Salt tbsp1 Paprika 1 tbsp Black pepper. Powder 1/2 tsp
  7. Prepare White vinegar 2 tsp Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
  8. Make ready 1 Egg
  9. Make ready 1 tsp Mustard powder (optional)
Steps to make Kfc Arabian Rice:
  1. For rice: Heat oil.. Add cloves n black pepper, after that add cubes, garam masala powder, now add rice n water. If u think salt is less then add salt according to ur taste.when rice are done add yellow color and put it on dam.
  2. Marinate chicKen i n all the above ingredients for 1 hour in a fridge..
  3. Wet batter: - Corn flour 1/2 cup - Maida 1/2 cup - Salt 1 tsp - Paprika 1 tsp - Baking powder 1 tbsp - Chillled water to make a thick paste.
  4. Dry batter - Maida 1 cup - Salt 1/2 tsp - Baking powder 1/2 tsp - Paprika 1/2 tsp
  5. Dip chicken pieces one by one in a wet batter, then in a dry batter and fry i n a hot oil until they turn golden brown. - - Put rice in a dish. Topped with chicken n drizzle chilli garlic sauce.. Serve and enjoy 😍

Some grains are actually excellent for fighting off bad moods. Quinoa, millet, teff and barley are all really great for helping increase your happiness levels. They help you feel full also which can actually help to improve your mood. Feeling starved can truly bring you down! The reason these grains elevate your mood is that they are easy for your stomach to digest. These foods are easier to digest than others which helps kick start a rise in your blood sugar which in turn kicks up your mood to a happier place.

Green tea is excellent for moods. You knew it had to be in here somewhere, right? Green tea is rich in an amino acid called L-theanine. Research has proved that this amino acid induces the production of brain waves. This helps better your mental sharpness while calming the rest of your body. You knew that green tea helps you be a lot healthier. Now you are well aware that green tea helps you to elevate your moods also!
