  6. Increase heat to medium high. Add chopped potato and onion to meat. Cook for 5 minutes stirring frequently.
  7. Add carrots to pan. Cook 5 minutes while stirring.
  8. Drain water from rice.
  9. Increase heat to high, add rice to pan.
  10. Cook for 7 minutes. Stirring constantly to prevent burning.
  11. Add zucchini to pan, cook for 3 minutes, stirring constantly.
  12. Add the 6 cups water to the pan. Stir.
  13. When the water starts to boil, keep heat to medium. Cook for 15 minutes until thick and only a little bit of water is left.
  14. Reduce heat to medium low. Add 2 tablespoons Sesame oil and 2 tablespoons soy sauce. Mix well, cook for 5 more minutes.
  15. Serve hot. May garnish with sesame seeds, diced green onions.

These grains can help your mood elevate because it’s not at all hard for your body to digest them. These foods are easier to digest than others which helps kick start a rise in your sugar levels which in turn brings up your mood to a happier place.
