Once the oil is hot put the mustard seeds and wait for them to splutter. Add Cumin seed, asafetida, curry leaves, chopped green chilies and add the sliced onions and mix it well. Add salt to quicken the cooking process, mix it well and cover the pan with a lid. Add cumin seeds, let it splutter then add onions of spring onions with green chillies.

  1. Oil main garlic cloves brown kerlain
  2. Add spring oinion and potato dal kar three min bhonain then add tomato
  3. Water add nahi kerna tomatoo and veg ka apna water main hi cook ho jaye ga slow flame per 15 min cook karain
  4. Last main bhon lain..serve with boil rice chapati and salad😊
