  3. Karahi mn oil ko preheat karein or chamch ki madad se batter ko karahi mn dalen. Dono sides se golden fri karein or stainer se nikaal ke pani mn soak kar dein. (Aik bowl mn 2 glass fresh water dal ke rkhen or is mn baron ko soak karein 2-3 minut ke liey or phir nichor lein)
  4. Ab dahi bana lein. Bowl mn dahi namk chilli flakes chat masala add karein or achy se whisk karein. Half cup chilled water add krden.
  5. Serving bowl mn sb se nichy bary dalen phir alu chany piyaz tamatar dalen. Or upar se dahi dal dein. Or upar homemade masala dal kar serve karein. Jazak-Allah
