Do remember, that the rice needs to be a little mushy and not dry like pulao. You may need less or more stock depending on your rice. If rice is perfectly cooked, leave the balance stock. If the rice feels dry, use normal water after finishing stock.
    1. Once the rice is cooked, add grated cheese & cream. Mix well
    1. Finally add the vegetables, pepper mixed herbs and mix gently.
    1. Serve hot & creamy risotto and enjoy.
