  3. Take 1/2 cup chana dal

  19. Take 6 green chillies
  20. Prepare To taste salt
  21. Take 1 tsp black pepper seeds
  22. Prepare 2 tbsp &1 tsp cumin seeds
  23. Prepare 2 tbsp ghee
  24. Take 1 tbsp panchforon
  25. Take 2 cardamoms
  26. Get 2 " cinnamon

  2. Dry roast 6 dry red chillies, cinnamon, cardamom, black pepper seeds, cumin seeds. Grind and add to dalma. Dalma is ready to serve with rice or roti.

Grains can be wonderful for driving away a bad mood. Barley, millet, quinoa, etc are excellent at helping you be happier. These foods fill you up better and that can help improve your moods also. Feeling starved can truly make you feel awful! The reason these grains elevate your mood is that they are easy for your stomach to digest. These foods are easier to digest than others which helps kick start a rise in your blood sugar which in turn kicks up your mood to a happier place.

Your mood can truly be helped by green tea. You knew it had to be included in this article, right? Green tea is rich in a particular amino acid called L-theanine. Studies show that this specific amino acid can basically stimulate brain waves. This will improve your brain’s concentration while also relaxing the rest of your body.
