Chocolate Pudding is one of the most favored of current trending meals on earth. It’s simple, it’s fast, it tastes delicious. It’s enjoyed by millions daily. Chocolate Pudding is something which I have loved my entire life. They are fine and they look wonderful.

To get started with this particular recipe, we must first prepare a few ingredients. You can have chocolate pudding using 8 ingredients and 6 steps. Here is how you cook that.

The ingredients needed to make Chocolate Pudding:
  1. Take 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  2. Prepare 1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
  3. Take 4 tablespoons cornstarch
  4. Prepare 1 3/4 cup milk
  5. Take 1/3 cup heavy cream/heavy whipping cream
  6. Prepare 3 egg yolks
  7. Prepare 100 grams semisweet or bittersweet chocolate
  8. Take 1/4 teaspoon salt
Steps to make Chocolate Pudding:
  1. In a bowl, mix together the yolks, cornstarch, sugar, cocoa powder and salt. Then add the 1/3 cup of milk to the mixture. Set aside.
  2. In a medium size saucepan, add the remaining milk along with the cream. Just before the milk and cream mixture was about to boil, turn off the heat.
  3. Ladle the hot milk and cream little by little into the mixture you set aside earlier and mix it making sure everything was incorporated well. IMPORTANT: DO NOT POUR ALL AT ONCE THE HOT MILK AND CREAM INTO THE YOLK MIXTURE! IT WILL SCRAMBLE YOUR EGGS.
  4. Then transfer back your mixture into the pan on a low heat stirring with a whisk constantly. Make sure the heat is low and you are mixing because it might burn under. You will know if the pudding is ready if it starts to resemble the texture of mayonnaise.
  5. When you reach your desired texture, turn off the heat then mix your finely chopped chocolate. If you see that the chocolate is not melting into the pudding, bring it back to a low heat then mix it until everything is incorporated.
  6. Do not be alarmed if there are lumps, just whisk vigorously and it will disappear by then. Serve chilled.

Foods That Can Make Your Mood Better

Most of us have been taught to believe that comfort foods are not good and are to be avoided. But if your comfort food is candy or junk food this might be true. Other times, though, comfort foods can be altogether nutritious and it’s good for you to eat them. There are some foods that actually can raise your moods when you eat them. When you feel a little down and are needing an emotional pick-me-up, try some of these.

Eggs, believe it or not, can be actually terrific at fighting back depression. Just be sure that you don’t throw away the yolk. The yolk is the part of the egg that matters most in terms of helping you cheer up. Eggs, especially the yolks, are loaded with B vitamins. B vitamins can truly help you boost your mood. This is because they help in bettering the function of your neural transmitters, the components of your brain that affect your mood. Consume an egg and feel better!

Make a trail mix from seeds and/or nuts. Peanuts, cashews, sunflower seeds, almonds, pumpkin seeds, etc are all great for helping to raise your mood. This is because these foods are high in magnesium, which helps to increase your production of serotonin. Serotonin is referred to as the “feel good” chemical and it tells your brain how you should be feeling day in and day out. The more serotonin you have, the more pleasant you will feel. Not just that, nuts, particularly, are a great protein food source.

Cold water fish are excellent for eating if you are wanting to battle depression. Salmon, herring, tuna, mackerel, trout, and so on, they’re all chock-full of omega-3s and DHA. Omega-3 fatty acids and DHA are two things that raise the quality and the function of your brain’s grey matter. It’s true: eating a tuna fish sandwich can greatly elevate your mood.

It’s not difficult to fight your bad mood when you eat grains. Barley, quinoa, millet, teff, etc are all good for helping you feel better. They fill you up better and that can help you with your moods also. It’s not hard to feel depressed when you are starving! The reason these grains elevate your mood is that they are not hard for your stomach to digest. They are easier to digest than other foods which helps kick up your blood sugar levels and that, in turn, raises your mood.

Green tea is excellent for moods. You just knew it had to be mentioned in this article, right? Green tea is loaded with an amino acid referred to as L-theanine. Studies have discovered that this amino acid actually induces brain waves. This will better your brain’s focus while also calming the rest of your body. You knew green tea could help you become better. Now you know that applies to your mood as well!

So you see, you don’t need to eat junk food or foods that are terrible for you just so to feel better! Try a few of these instead!
