The ingredients needed to make Rice Pudding:
  1. Take 5 cups milk
  2. Take 1 cup rice
  3. Prepare 5 tablespoons sugar
  4. Get 1 tablespoon cornstarch, dissolved in 1/2 cup water
  5. Get 1 tablespoon rosewater
  6. Prepare 1 tablespoon orange blossom water
  7. Get 1/2 teaspoon mastic gum, crushed with 1 teaspoon of sugar
Steps to make Rice Pudding:
  1. In a non-sticky or stainless steel pot, put the milk and rice with ½ cup water and a dash of salt. Put on medium heat and stir until the mixture thickens.
  2. While continuously stirring, add sugar and the dissolved cornstarch.
  3. After 5 min, turn the heat off; add the rose water, orange blossom water and mastic gum.
  4. Pour in serving cups and leave them to cool. Put the rice pudding in the refrigerator for a minimum of 2 hr before serving.
  5. You can serve plain or with jam next to it.

Some grains are truly great for repelling bad moods. Quinoa, millet, teff and barley are all really wonderful for helping raise your happiness levels. They help you feel full also which can really help to improve your mood. Feeling hungry can really make you feel terrible! The reason these grains elevate your mood is that they are not hard to digest. They are easier to digest than other foods which helps kick up your blood sugar levels and that, in turn, raises your mood.

Green tea is fantastic for moods. You knew it had to be in here somewhere, right? Green tea has been found to be rich in an amino acid called L-theanine. Research has discovered that this amino acid induces the production of brain waves. This helps focus your mental energy while at the same time relaxing the rest of your body. You knew that green tea helps you become healthier. Now you are well aware that green tea helps you to elevate your moods too!
